Renovations underway at TPC River Highlands

TPC River Highlands in Connecticut, home to the Travelers Championship, has begun a major multi-million dollar enhancement project. TPC is calling upon original architect Bobby Weed for the work, as well as golf construction company McDonald and Sons, Inc., who have done similar work at Bethpage Black and Merion.

Tees are being leveled, bank edges and bunkers are being rebuilt or stabilized and some re-grading of greens to provide more pin locations. For fans, spectator improvements to viewing areas are also being planned. Check out the photos below for TPC River Highlands’ instagram account…
