Former world No. 1 Luke Donald’s caddie gave him the boot. Donald, who hasn’t won since 2012, was told by his longtime looper, the highly regarded John McLaren, that he was leaving to find another, more lucrative bag.
“It was more his decision than mine – I was a little surprised,” Donald told the Mirror. “Now I am looking for someone who is energetic, upbeat and brings a good energy to the round.”
