Tiger Timeline: What He’s Done Since He Last Played on Tour

It’s been a long and tedious 17 months since we last saw Tiger Woods tee it up in a pro golf event. After the 2015 Wyndham Championship, Woods had two back surgeries and was forced to miss the entire 2015-16 season. Four majors came and went without Woods for the first time since 1994. In September, Woods announced he was hopeful to come back to competitive golf for three events at the end of 2016, starting with the Safeway Open in Napa, Calif., but he withdrew from it on the Monday before.
